9 Year Old Child Shot In Cabrini-Green

CHICAGO (CBS) — Chicago Police are responding to a shooting in the city’s Cabrini-Green neighborhood.

The person hit is a nine-year-old child. The incident took place near 900 North Cambridge. According to police, the victim was transported to Lurie Children’s Hospital in good condition.

No one is in custody. Area Three Detectives are investigating.

This is a developing story.

Photo: AFP China has approved military use of an experimental coronavirus vaccine developed by the People’s Liberation Army and a Chinese pharmaceutical company, in a first for the armed forces of any country. The vaccine, identified as Ad5-nCoV, was jointly developed by a team at the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, led by Major General Chen Wei, and Tianjin-based company CanSino Biologics .
