She welcomed her fifth child in December and has been enjoying some quality time with her family amid UK’s coronavirus lockdown.

And Rebekah Vardy admitted she has adopted some relaxed eating habits in an honest Instagram post on Wednesday amid the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The wife of Leicester City football player Jamie Vardy, 38, uploaded a candid image of what she described as her ‘cute little flabs’ and revealed her current diet consists of ‘three healthy meals, a consistent intake of cookies and wine in the evenings’.

The I’m A Celebrity star opted for comfort in a white crop top and casual joggers and she spread her legs across the floor.  

Media personality Becky said she was encouraged to ‘keep it real’ with her followers after witnesses influencers share photos of their ‘amazing abs’.

The WAG captioned her picture: ‘I’ve seen a lot of pics of people’s amazing abs in lockdown so thought I’d share my cute little (FL)abs with you as well.’

Insisting she mixes exercise with some of her guilty pleasures, she added: ‘For anyone interested in following my lockdown eating plan it involves 3 quite healthy meals per day with my family.

Earlier this month, Rebekah shared a heartwarming snap of daughter Olivia, four months, in her cot surrounded by soft toys and cushions.

The TV star’s little girl looked adorable clad in a simple white baby grow, with a teething bracelet on her wrist.

She captioned the heartwarming snap: ‘Trying my big girl bed out!’ adding the disclaimer: No she doesn’t sleep in here before anyone goes all health and safety on me.’

Rebekah welcomed Olivia on December 28 after a 16-hour labour, with her England striker husband Jamie by her side. 

The couple are parents to daughter Sophia, four, and son Finley, two. Rebekah also has Megan and Taylor from a previous relationship. Jamie is father to daughter Ella, whom he shares with Emma Daggett.  

Rebekah and Jamie are currently isolating along with the rest of their brood in their Lincolnshire mansion.
