EVELYN Mae Boswell cops found body “believed to be her” in an outhouse on her family’s property, court documents reveal.

An infant’s remains, baby clothes and diapers were found at the Boswell residence in Tennessee weeks after the 15-month-old was reported missing.

Court records say cops found the body of one-and-a-half-year-old girl “in an out-building of the property” owned by the Boswell family on March 6 after receiving a tip.

Evelyn’s mom, Megan “Maggie” Boswell, 18, was arrested for lying to cops before the body was found at her family’s Blountville home wearing the same clothes Evelyn had on when she vanished.

“The child appeared to be of the same age and appearance as the missing child, Evelyn Boswell, and was wearing clothes that the defendant previously described as belonging to [her],” the court documents read.

During Monday’s court hearing, a judge increased Boswell’s bond from $25,000 to $150,000 after Special Agent Brian Fraley of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) testified about what they found.

An autopsy on the little tot is still pending and the other items cops found have been sent to the Crime Lab at the TBI for further investigation.

Boswell’s father, brother and grandmother all live on the Blountville property where the body of a one-and-a-half year-old girl was found, the DA noted during yesterday’s bond hearing.

Now, the family of Evelyn’s grieving dad, Ethan Perry, have since revealed  fraudsters are cashing in on the tragedy by setting up fake fundrasiers.

“It has come to our attention there are various unauthorized fundraising efforts on Evelyn’s and our family’s behalf in regards to Evelyn,” their statement read.

“Also, there are those on social media claiming to speak for our family, these claims are false.

“When and if the appropriate time comes for statements, fundraisers etc. It will come from our family and be relayed to, and confirmed by trusted media and or the authorities.”

His daughter’s mom was arrested and charged last month after lying to police when she made “multiple false statements” about Evelyn’s whereabouts, prompting a huge investigating that spanned three states.

Although Evelyn was reported missing by her mom in February, cops believe she vanished in December and deemed her mother to be a “flight risk” court documents say.

Boswell initially said Evelyn was with her dad – but Perry was stationed on active duty in Louisiana and didn’t have their daughter.

She then claimed her own mom, Angela Boswell, took little Evelyn to a trailor Park in Mendota, Virginia, near Sullivan County.

Police combed camps there for clues and didn’t find any sign of the little girl, reports WJHL-TV.

Boswell then said she could not take a lie detector test because she is pregnant.

Angela Boswell and her boyfriend,  McCloud were arrested just days before Evelyn’s mother, on car theft charges unrelated to the case.

But they were considered suspects in the child’s disappearance.

Police previously searched a pond in Wilkes County, South Carolina, where Angela Boswell and her boyfriend were arrested and found nothing.

Authorities confirmed they investigated tip that the girl was seen with her grandmother, Angela Boswell, and Boswell's boyfriend William McCloud at a KFC in Yadkinville, North Carolina
