LORI Vallows has issued a statement in which she has maintained her innocence in relation to the disappearance of her two children.

The ‘Cult Mom’s’ move comes after two of her lawyers quit and the judge stood down from hearing the case, in which she faces five charges relating to her missing son and daughter.

Vallow’s daughter Tylee Ryan, 17, and 7-year-old son Joshua “JJ” Vallow have been missing since September and cops believe their lives are in danger.

They were reported missing in November and Vallow and her husband Chad Daybell fled to Idaho to Hawaii but she was arrested in February and extradited back to Idaho, where she is currently in jail.

The 46-year-old Vallow’s remaining attorney Mark Means released the statement, in which he referred to her by her husband’s surname, on Monday.

“As with any citizen of our Country, Mrs. Daybell is entitled to all the privileges and rights that accompany our cornerstone belief of innocents, until proven beyond a reasonable doubt otherwise,” the statement read.

“It is this innocence that Mrs. Daybell assertively maintains regarding all charges. Furthermore, Mrs. Daybell is guaranteed access to a fair and impartial judicial process.

MAINTAINS INNOCENCE

“There is no room in the process for conjecture, innuendos, and or speculation to alter this Constitutionally guaranteed process.”

Means filed a motion last week to have Judge Eddins removed from the case on the basis that he had already overseen a child custody case for JJ Vallow prior to the criminal charges.

In Idaho, a defendant can move to have the judge dismissed from their case and does not need to cite a specific reason so long as the request is filed in a timely manner.

The bizarre case involving Vallow, husband Chad Daybell and others stretches across several states and includes investigations into three mysterious deaths.

In August, Vallow moved from Arizona to Idaho, where Daybell lived with his previous wife, Tammy Daybell. She died in October.

In addition, Vallow’s estranged husband, Charles Vallow, was shot and killed by her brother Alex Cox in Phoenix in July.

Cox, who said the shooting was in self-defense, then died of unknown causes in December.

Vallow claims she is “a god assigned to carry out the work of the 144,000 at Christ’s second coming in July 2020,” according to divorce documents that Charles Vallow filed before he died.
