WEDDINGS are what many people spend their life dreaming about – the white dress, the Cinderella style slippers and a day of glitz and glamour.

But people have been left baffled when one woman took to the web seeking the answers to her wedding shoe dilemma – but none of the options were deemed wedding day appropriate.

Taking to Facebook, one woman has asked for public opinion on which of the four shoe options she should go with, along with list of reasons why each would be the most suitable.

Sitting at the bottom of list was a pair of heels, only to be topped by Crocs, Converse or Vans – with the last two being a popular range of sneakers.

But they weren’t just any old pair or crocs or trainers, each pair she’d selected where jazzed up with diamante arrangements or floral decoration.

In the anonymous post shared in the Facebook group That’s it, I’m wedding shaming , the bride-to be said: “I’ve been debating on what shoes to wear with my wedding dress. You probably won’t be able to see them under my dress.”

A second photo displayed her list of reasoning for each, with the woman trying to use her list to help with public opinion.

Her reasons for wearing Crocs were that they were “comfy and I always wear them, wedding croc would be funny” and concluded by saying she’d probably wear them again.

Much like the Crocs, she concluded that the Vans and Converse would be “comfy”, and she “would wear them again” also, but the Converse sneakers are “more normal than Crocs”

When it came to the heels, she concluded that she can “sell them after” her big day as she wouldn’t wear them again, but she “only gets married once” – which is where she is torn.

On first thought, many people said the obvious choice was heels, but upon seeing the photo of the heels she’d selected, it became clear to many people that they were in fact a casual pair of chunky wedges and not at all heels suitable for a wedding.

While the post was a lot for people to comprehend, people took it in turns sharing what stumped them the most.

One person wrote: ” Omg please do not wear wedding Crocs. Literally ANYTHING else would be better.

While another was left wondering why she’d even wear Crocs at all, she said: ” Here’s a sentence I will never say: “Crocs – I’ll probably wear them again.”

Meanwhile, another commented on the “heels” the future bride suggested selling after her wedding.

She said: “Oh no hun, I’m sorry but you’ll never be able to sell those wedges”

While another said: “Uh…I see wedges here not heels. Where are the heels she’s planning on wearing?”

But it seems many weren’t opposed to wearing comfy sneakers on thier big day, with some admitted they’d done teh same.

One person said: “To be fair, I’m gonna be changing into vans or converse for my reception, I ain’t gonna be stopped from dancing”

While another said: ” I wore heels for my ceremony and then Changed into cute little white sketcher flats for reception. I’m fine with the vans or converse.”
