NewsColony Neighbourhood dispute turns ugly with retired barrister accused of assault A bitter neighbourhood feud is headed to court after a retired barrister was accused of putting used tissues in the exhaust pipe of a woman’s luxury car after she allegedly cut of the water supply to his apartment.  Daniel Marash, 71, was based in Hong Kong for decades before purchasing a property for $3.3million in Toorak, one of Melbourne ‘s swankiest suburbs. Marash will front the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Thursday to answer allegations he assaulted Merina Abdallahah and then placed the used tissues in the exhaust pipe of her luxury $150,000 Mercedes-Benz. NewsColony Zidane unsure how long ‘upset’ Hazard will be sidelined after latest Real Madrid setback Real Madrid head coach Zinedine Zidane is unsure how long Eden Hazard will be sidelined, but said the attacker was “upset” after another injury setback. Hazard, 29, is enduring a torrid run in Madrid , and is yet to make an appearance this season, with doubts now over whether he’ll fit for El Clasico later this month. The Belgium international was ready to return from an ankle problem, but suffered a muscle injury that saw him miss Wednesday’s 1-0 La Liga victory over Real Valladolid . Zidane is unsure how long Hazard, signed from Chelsea last year, will be unavailable. “I can’t tell you how long it’ll be. The split between the world’s two largest economies would likely force Southeast Asian countries to take sides, he said, even though they would want to be “pragmatic”
