Aldi Australia is set to launch a range of stylish budget home cooking products available as part of its Special Buys.

The collection includes a cast aluminium oven roaster for just $19.99 and a family pie maker that is perfect for winter evenings, with all pieces both inexpensive and perfect for homemade meals. 

The range will be available as part of the Aldi Special Buys from Saturday May 9, while stocks last.

Shoppers looking to purchase new pots have the option of choosing from three heavy duty cast aluminium pots by Crofton.

The smallest pot holds 2.5 litres and is priced at $19.99, while the largest is 6.85 litres for $24.99.

A 4.2 litre pot is also available for $22.99 and all three items come with a glass lid, they are machine washable and can withstand an oven temperature up to 150 degrees Celsius.

Other pots of similar sizes from alternative brands can cost more than $250, such as Scanpan’s 30 centimetre stewpot priced at $310. 

A 28 centimetre cast aluminium frypan with a lid will also be available for $24.99.

Air fryer enthusiasts have already reported that they are delighted that an eight litre air fryer will be available to purchase for $99.99.

The handy device heats up faster than an oven, has a shorter cooking time and is easier to clean.

Air fryers of a similar size from other retailers can set you back as much as $300 each or more, while Kmart’s 3.2 litre version costs $69.

Air fryers have also proven to be very versatile, as home cooks have shared the assortment of dinner and dessert meals that can be cooked using the product – such as crispy potatoes and a sticky date pudding.

The non-stick pie maker has quickly sold-out in the past as the product is not only cheap but many sweet and savoury pies can be made using the item. 

The item features a deep fill base, has a 28 centimetre diameter and comes with a one year warranty. 

All items will be sold at selected Aldi stores and will be available while stock lasts.
